Guest Waiver

Chelatna Lake Lodge, LLC is an Alaska limited liability company. In
consideration of being allowed to use the facilities and services offered at
Chelatna Lake Lodge (including, but not limited to; the lodge, boats, vehicles
& aircraft), I agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators
or anyone else who might make a claim on my behalf, that I will not bring any
lawsuit, or make any claim, against Chelatna Lake Lodge, LLC (or its
members, owners, employees, agents, or anyone else acting on its behalf) and
will waive and release any and all claims of liability for death, illness, personal
injury, or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of, or
occurring during, my stay at Chelatna Lake Lodge, my flights to or from
Chelatna Lake Lodge, or my use of guiding services or participation in any
wildlife viewing, fishing , hiking, rafting, kayaking or other recreational
opportunities offered by or through Chelatna Lake Lodge. I fully understand
that the activities I will be participating in while at Lake Clark Lodge have
unavoidable inherent risks associated with them, including the risk of disease
caused by proximity to others. By signing below, I take full responsibility and
accept these risks willingly and with the knowledge that Chelatna Lake
Lodge does not have control over these risks. I understand that these risks
include but are not limited to walking in flowing water, unstable footing on
rocks, dealing with rapidly changing weather conditions, use of fishing
equipment (including hooks that can cause injury), entering areas that are
populated by wild animals, transportation on boats, transportation on aircraft,
and acquiring viral diseases (including but not limited to COVID-19) due to the
necessary proximity to others. I further understand that I will be in a remote
area and even while at the lodge itself that medical care may not be
immediately available and could take hours to arrive. I understand that severe
medical conditions may require a medevac flight from the area to the nearest
hospital, which may be in Anchorage. This transportation could take hours to
accomplish. I understand that I am participating in the fishing and outdoor
activities willingly and know of the risks associated with my participation in
fishing, hiking, boating, flying, wildlife viewing, and any other outdoor activity
while at Chelatna Lake Lodge and under the control of Chelatna Lake Lodge
employees. This waiver and release extends to all claims of every kind or
nature whatsoever, including claims for serious injury, illness or death,
foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, and includes but is not limited to
waiver of claims for Chelatna Lake Lodge, LLC’s own negligent acts, mistakes,
or misconduct of any kind, as well as the negligent acts or mistakes of any
employees, agents or anyone else acting on its behalf.

Delays or changes: Chelatna Lake Lodge, LLC will not be responsible or liable
for any expenses or delays incurred because of weather, routing delays or
other conditions. Chelatna Lake Lodge, LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip
any time during the delivery without recourse or redress if a guest behaves in
a manner deemed at the sole discretion of the manager to be law-breaking
and/or dangerous, lewd, lascivious, belligerent, or disruptive to other persons.

Flight schedules in and out of Chelatna Lake Lodge are subject to change
due to weather and other considerations. Your trip may be changed due to
weather, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, mechanical issues, or a variety of
other issues. In the event of deviation, modification or cancellation of the
proposed trip, we will make every reasonable effort to make suitable
alternative arrangements. We reserve the right, however, to alter or cancel all
or part of your scheduled trip in our sole discretion. No refunds or
adjustments will be made because of changes to a trip due to weather or
other conditions.

This Release of Liability and Waiver of Right to Sue shall be interpreted and
enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska. I have read the
above Release of Liability and Waiver of Right to Sue. I understand its content,
including that I am giving up rights to sue, and agree with its terms.
